Puppies will go into shock and then die if they do not eat. This is called Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar.)
Your puppy must eat enough on every meal. If the puppy do not eat due to a period of stress the new owner needs to hand feed or force feed the puppy to make sure that the puppy is eating enough on every meal.  Our guarantee does not cover loss of the puppy due to shock
caused by hypoglycemia.

The puppy should be fed 4 times a day for the first 2 weeks. Please leave some extra food in its bowl in case the puppy feels hungry in between of each meal.

Two weeks after getting the pup, you can reduce the number of feedings to three times a day until 4 months of age.
And then you can drop to twice a day.

Some puppies can re-develop microscopic parasites during a period of stress, like going to a new home.
The symptoms are a loose stool. Please medicate the puppy immediately instead of wait and see.

Some puppies does not or seldom drink water at the new home. Please check the water level and make sure your
puppy is drinking enough water. Puppies are just too fragile.

Young puppies do not have a complete immune system, many viruses are fatal with puppies and most of which have no vaccine.
It could be in the air. Do not allow your puppy to be on the floor of pet stores, vet clinics or the public places such as the park until
it is at least 4 months old.

Please make sure your puppy is eating enough every meal and drinking enough water. Small puppy may collapse if they are not eating enough and this will risk their life.

Please use a drinking bottle feeder instead of placing a bowl with water for young puppy likes to play with the water.

Please check the drinking bottle feeder as sometimes it may get stuck and water is not flowing out.

Please check the water level  from time to time to make sure your puppy is drinking enough water

Bathing

Please do not bath your puppy the first week you take him home. You may bath your puppy one week later after he get use to the new environment.

Puppy will catch cold easily before they adapt to a new environment. This is critical as puppy having cold might develop into lungs infection which is life threatening.

Bath the puppy once a week with puppy shampoo and warm water. Use a shower instead of a bath tub. Towel dry and blow dry with warm air.

¡¡

Please do not play too much with your puppy as young puppy needs plenty of rest and sleep.

Please put your puppy in an animal cage when you are not around, this is for the safety of the puppy.
